Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We hope to add more countries soon.
When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 2 – 3 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays).
Do you offer express and/or overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for $15. This option can be selected at checkout.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number will be in your email or SMS order confirmation.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
If you need to update your shipping or billing address, reach out to us at hello@hellocake.com.

What happens if my order contains a preorder item?
Your entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.
Do you have a guarantee policy?
We offer the Good Times Guarantee. If you don’t like the product, reach out to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
What is your return and/or exchange policy for Hello Cake products?
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products. If the product is damaged, notify us within 14 business days for assistance.

Where is the expiration date?
The expiration date can be found on the bottom of each product.
Do your products have a warranty?
Every device you buy from us comes with a one-year limited warranty.
How should I store my product?
Store your lubricant upright in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight.
What are your products made of?
Each product has a section that includes information about ingredients.

What is the difference between Tadalafil and Sildenafil?
Tadalafil can last up to 36 hours while Sildenafil typically lasts around 4 to 6 hours.
Is Cake Meds available in my state?
We ship only within the continental United States, with some exceptions.
When will my Cake Meds prescription ship?
If approved, prescriptions typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Can I cancel or adjust my prescription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel or adjust your prescription in the Manage Subscription section of your Cake Meds account.
What is your refund/return policy for Cake Meds?
Since these are prescribed medications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for Hello Cake products. Cake Meds only accepts credit cards.
